Business Process
Modelling
Business process modelling
is the starting point for many of our clients. We develop models of current
process (as-is models) using a variety of techniques including IDEF0. We find
the use of IDEF0 particularly useful in providing a consistent framework in
which to describe both current and future (to-be) processes. Not all of our
work is centred on the use of IDEF0. We use the IDEF0 approach to help us
understand the processes we are modelling even though the end product may reside
in an enterprise tool such as Casewise or MOOD.
Change Management
Once we have built a model
of the processes your enterprise will use in the future we can help you
introduce the resulting changes. We develop a business change strategy and plan
and assist you with your change implementation through developing suitable
communications plans and materials and facilitating programmes of workshops and
road shows to make the change as smooth as possible minimising loss of
performance during the transition phases.

Realisation
Introducing new business
processes and business change is aimed at delivering benefits to an enterprise
and its customers. At Graham Hart Limited we are able to identify the benefits
that change will bring to your business and analysis them to ensure that the
achievable outcomes meet the intended aim of any changes. We are able to
establish mechanisms for reporting progress towards their realisation using
Balanced Scorecards, Critical Success Factors. Key Performance Indicators etc.
Supporting Services
Introducing change requires
investigation and authorisation to ensure that envisaged changes will bring
benefit and efficiencies to an enterprise. We are able to carry out risk
analysis, value analysis, investment appraisals and prepare business cases to
help your project smoothly on its ways to realisation.
IDEF0 training
Graham Hart Limited
provides training on the IDEF0 methodology and on Meta Software’s Workflow
modeller application.
